Affiliate Program Terms of Use

By registering for our Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Program Overview
Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique referral link to promote FishFinderMounts.com™ products. You may promote this link through your online platforms such as blogs, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other approved channels. For every qualifying purchase made via your referral link, you will earn a commission as described below.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate contact and payment information.
- Have an active social or web presence that aligns with our brand values.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and disclosure rules.

3. Approved Promotional Methods

You may promote your referral link via:

- Personal blogs or websites
- Social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Email (with proper consent and no spamming)

Prohibited activities include:

- Paid advertising on brand or competitor keywords
- Misleading or false statements about our products
- Spamming or mass unsolicited messages
- Use of coupon or deal sites (unless explicitly approved)
- Posting referral links on sites that contain adult, offensive, or illegal content

4. Commissions & Payment

- Affiliates will receive a commission of 10% per qualifying sale
- Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal once a minimum payout threshold of $100.00 is reached
- A sale is considered “qualified” only after payment is successfully received and not refunded or cancelled
- We reserve the right to reverse or withhold commissions for refunded, fraudulent, or disputed orders

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting our products (e.g., using “#ad” or “#affiliate”)
- Maintain accurate, honest representations of our brand
- Refrain from engaging in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our logos, banners, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products through your affiliate link.

You may not:

- Alter our logos or branding
- Use our trademarks in your domain name or social handles

7. Term & Termination

This agreement begins upon acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

We reserve the right to:

- Terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause.
- Withhold unpaid commissions in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
- You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you under this agreement.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws the Province of British Columbia, Canada].
