Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Products must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. EMAIL us at: sales@fishfindermounts.com within 90 days of receiving your order.
  2. Repackage the item securely, in a way that does not allow for damage while in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (within [Canada): Customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • International Returns: Customers must cover all costs on return shipping and any applicable duties or customs fees.

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Terms

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement after receipt and inspection of the return.
  • All shipping/freight related costs paid for by the customer are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply for returns not due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to resolve the issue quickly.

Reporting Guidelines

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery.
  • Send an email to: sales@fishfindermounts.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the damage or defect

Resolution Options

  • We will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination country.
  • We do not offer free international returns. However, we do accept returns from international customers within the same 90-day window, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
  • Return shipping and any associated import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
